Trade Program

Sign up for our trade program for exclusive discounts on every order! Make an account with us and then shoot us an email to hello@shophesby.com with the subject like "Trade Program", and attach proof of designer status to be added to the program to get trade discounts on your order!

TERMS OF ELIGIBILITY

An applicant who meets the criteria will be eligible for participation in the Trade Program upon approval after presentation of the following:

1. A Business Card indicating the applicant’s business or Company Website or Social Media Page

2. A completed application

3. Either: a) a copy of the applicant’s Business License; or b) a business tax identification number

TERMS + CONDITIONS

• A Trade Program Member is the only person authorized to make purchases using their trade member account.

• Please note sales tax is required regardless of tax exception status. 

• Hesby reserves the right to make all membership determinations at our sole discretion.

• Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

• Hesby reserves the right to review and terminate a member’s eligibility if Hesby believes, in its sole discretion, that a member has violated the Terms and Conditions.

• Hesby may discontinue program at any time and at our sole discretion.

• Eligible Members will receive a set discount on full-price merchandise. Discount is non-negotiable. Purchases made by any other person are not eligible for the discount.

• Discount does not apply to any purchases made prior to enrollment in the Trade Program.

• Discount may not be combined with any other offers, coupons or promotions, and cannot be applied to reduced price, sale, closeout or clearance merchandise
