How do I contact you? 

Send us an email at hello@shophesby.com. We do our best to get back to you within 24 hours. Please note that business hours are 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday. 

 

I have a question about an item, what should I do?

Please contact us via email at hello@shophesby.com with any questions you have prior to ordering. We are more than happy to help you determine if a rug is the right size for your space, provide more accurate insight into item colors, or any other questions you have. 

Where do you ship to?

 We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We do our best to ship internationally. Currently we are shipping to Canada and the United States. Small items can be shipped internationally, however we currently do not ship rugs internationally. Contact us via email at hello@shophesby.com for custom international rates. 

 

What size is my item?

Get the perfect fit. Please be sure to look at the measurements in the description area of each item you would like to purchase. Items are photographed to show detail and may appear larger than you may realize. All sizes are approximate. Questions? Contact us!

 

How long with a pre-order item take to arrive?

Most pre-order items take 2-6 weeks to ship, however this timeline is subject to change. You can always contact us for more detailed estimates however there are no guarantees on pre-order delivery times.  

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Many of our items are handmade to order with love by independent artists, and take extra time to be made for you. Most orders ship within 1-14 business days, unless otherwise noted. Upon shipment most orders take 2-10 days to arrive. If you need something right away, please contact us and we will do our best to make it happen. 

 

Can I cancel my order?

We start processing your order as soon as you submit it, so we are unable to add or remove items after you complete it. However, you can return any items you don’t want. Any shipping or restocking fees will be incurred if the item has already shipped. If you need to make a change to your order please contact us and we will do our best to make it happen. 

 

How much is sales tax?

We offer no sales tax for all customers outside of California! Yay! We are in the golden state of California, and an 9.25% California Sales Tax is collected on all orders shipped to California. 

 

Why is my item different than the photos?

Many of our products are handmade to order, one piece at a time. It's quite difficult if not impossible to make identical items. Our artisans are attentive masters of their respective crafts who make every effort is made to create only the best. Any blemishes or varying details make each handmade piece charming and unique. The pictures may not be identical to the product you receive as there may be differences in computer monitor settings.

 

How long will an item that is out of stock take to arrive?

Some of our products sell out fast! We recommend you place the order now to ensure delivery by the time the order is available to ship. Contact us for accurate arrival estimates. We do our best to keep you update on arrival times. Backordered items may take between 2-12 weeks to arrive. Oftentimes the items are handmade and take a few weeks to be crafted. 

 

What are the details on a sale item?

Sometimes we offer promotional discounts. These prices are not valid on past purchases and cannot be combined with other offers. Visit our Terms + Conditions for more information.
